Take an inside look to an event day with Kristela, the only female Culinary Director amongst all NBA arenas. Our content team followed Kristela Nazario-Mendoza, a Filipina and Latina chef who breaks through glass ceilings running a massive culinary team at Chase Center.
How does this represent "Excellence in Engagement"?
We at the Warriors and Chase Center are continuing to look for ways to showcase and highlight stories that matter to our local community and that align with our core values. Kristela's story is one that we were all inspired to tell, and we hope more brands in the industry do the same.
Objective
Our objective was to showcase Kristela Nazario-Mendoza, a Filipina and Latina chef and the only female Culinary Director in an NBA arena. This content was featured during Women's Empowerment Month, a yearly initiative highlighting and empowering women in our community.
