Upon a brand revolt, our Instagram feed was shfited into the new direction we were going. The idea behind this was a fresh look to delineate the new era we were venturing into.


How does this represent “Excellence in Engagement”?

Our social media following, particularly on Instagram where designed content is prominently featured, has grown from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024. Additionally, our engagement rates on static content, which has recently been deprioritized in the Instagram algorithm, has increased as well. A significant reason this engagement has occurred is a result of our athletes wanting to also use our graphics and taking advantage of the Collaboration feature on Instagram that allows us to tag an athlete and have the graphic show up in front of our followers as well as the athlete’s fan base.


In the bustling world of sports and advertising agencies, standing out is crucial, especially when representing top NFL talent. At IFA, our goal was clear: to set ourselves apart from the competition and the constant stream of sports media content. Our creative team and designer worked closely to give IFA a fresh look and approach.

We knew we needed to think outside the box to capture attention and resonate with our audience. With careful attention to detail and a focus on originality, we aimed to create something truly unique. Our entry and work reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence in the sports industry and our continued focus on the athlete.

Strategy & Execution

In our exploration of the sports landscape, we studied what our competitors in sports agencies and other sports figures were doing on social media. We noticed a common trend: flashy graphics, heavy filters, and crowded designs. Seeking something different, we tapped into a unique design system tailored for our agency and gave our designer free rein to think outside the box.

What we discovered was that a simpler design approach made our content stand out. By keeping things minimalistic, we created space for the athlete to be the focal point. Additionally, this system gave us the ability to deviate our traditional color palette to match any team’s colors but still have the content feel consistent with our look.

This approach set us apart from the cluttered feeds of other agencies, making our posts—whether announcing signings, sharing news article quotes, or recapping stats&—more engaging and memorable for our audience and the athletes who repurpose and share them to their own social media accounts.
