At Monumental Sports and Entertainment, we believe that celebrating our people is just as important as the work we do. By spotlighting employees during cultural and heritage months, we honor the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that make our organization stronger. The Employee Spotlights provide a platform for employees to share their stories, highlight their contributions, inspire meaningful dialogue across our workplace, and have their voices amplified. By celebrating each other, we continue to build a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered.
How does this represent "Excellence in Engagement"?
We recognize that our people are at the heart of everything we do. From those working behind the scenes to those leading in front, every employee plays a role in driving excellence, innovation, and community impact. Spotlighting employees is a key way we celebrate engagement, foster inclusion, and inspire excellence within MSE. Employee engagement is the foundation of a thriving workplace, and recognizing employees publicly validates their contributions and deepens the connection between the organization, its people, and its audience. Engaged employees feel valued, and spotlights provide a tangible way to acknowledge their hard work, dedication, and impact. Public recognition boosts morale, reinforcing that perspectives, experiences, culture, and contributions—big or small—are appreciated.
Our employees are more engaged in initiatives and programs that enhance their overall experience at work, directly impacting how they show up for our fans. Featuring employees across MSE’s platforms humanizes our brand and reinforces that our strength comes from the people behind the scenes who make everything possible. Spotlights are displayed during in-game presentations, on the arena screens, and on social media, showing our fans firsthand that our employees are valued for who they are, not just what they do.
Objective
The sports industry is built on passion, teamwork, and community—values that extend beyond the athletes on the court or ice. Behind every game, broadcast, and event, there are dedicated employees working tirelessly to make it all happen. Through our Employee Spotlights, we recognize the contributions, talents, and perspectives of our employees both internally and externally, fostering inclusion and inspiring future talent.
This initiative was designed to strengthen feelings of belonging and unity by providing opportunities to showcase our diverse workforce. MSE has cultivated a culture where we embrace what makes us different while amplifying what unites and empowers us.
