TOGETHXR’s trademarked slogan is filling a void for women’s sports fans. The shirts have appeared at major women’s sporting events and global championships, and the mantra has generated more than eight figures in revenue.

The Everyone Watches Women’s Sports campaign set a new standard for Excellence in Engagement by turning a statement into a movement. It empowered fans with a bold message, viral social moments, and real-world activations, from limited-edition product drops to global impact. Athletes, media, and everyday fans organically amplified the campaign, proving that women’s sports fandom is mainstream, profitable, and growing. By seamlessly blending culture, community, and commerce, this work challenges brands and media to rethink how they invest in women’s sports. More than a marketing slogan or campaign narrative, this is the beginning of a cultural shift—one that fans have fully embraced.
Objective
Women's sports haven't been behind; culture is finally catching up. TOGETHXR was built to fill in the white space of a male-dominated industry. Now that women athletes are receiving rightful investment and visibility, it’s been incumbent on us to meet the moment and scale. Our team has delivered. We have the fastest growing women’s sports brand on social, we’ve nearly tripled our revenue year over year, and we launched a unifying product that’s become the new tagline for women’s sports. We move at the speed of culture. As a result of our incredible team’s hard and mission-driven work, we are on a mission to be the most influential brand in women’s sports, and its most powerful broker.

TOGETHXR designed and executed this campaign with a multi-layered approach, blending cultural relevance, digital-first storytelling, and community-driven engagement to maximize impact.
We anchored the campaign in a simple but powerful truth: women’s sports are thriving, and fans are already watching. Rather than positioning the movement as aspirational, we leaned into the reality of record-breaking viewership, rising attendance, and growing demand for representation.
We partnered with athletes, creators, and media personalities who genuinely champion women’s sports, ensuring organic amplification.
We focused on major sports moments—such as the NCAA Tournament and WNBA season—to reinforce the campaign message when fan engagement was at its peak.
We strategically placed the Everyone Watches Women’s Sports gear in the hands of key athletes, sports journalists, and cultural figures who wore and promoted it authentically.
We launched limited-edition releases and surprise restocks to generate excitement and urgency.
We elevated fan focused UGC via our social and digital platforms.
We partnered with 64+ sports bars nationwide to pledge guaranteed women’s sports coverage, ensuring fans had real-world spaces to gather and watch games.
