This enables the club to deliver timely, targeted content and calls-to-action that evolve throughout the season rather than relying on static updates or one-size-fits-all communication. Rover’s data integration and automation capabilities make this level of personalization scalable, allowing Minnesota United to operationalize real-time engagement.
Beyond core membership services, the Hub supports two-way interaction between the club and its fans. Embedded forms allow members to register for events, submit referrals, and provide feedback, creating a continuous loop of engagement and actionable insight.
